Follow this recipe for a delicious treat!
Ingredients:
Fish (white fish)
Berries
Sugar
Crisco
Vegetable oil (Wesson Oil)
Materials needed:
Large mixing bowl
Uluaq or Knife
Large pot
Directions
:
Prepare the fish. Cut the head and tail off and take out the guts.
Cut the fish into two pieces and rinse clean.
Put the fish into the pot, cover with, and boil for about 10 minutes.
Cool off the fish then take out the bones.
Squeeze the fish into balls.
Put Crisco in the mixing bowl (use equal parts of Crisco and fish.)
Add about ½ Wesson oil and whip using your hands.
Add about ¾ cups of sugar and whip some more.
Add 1 ball of fish and whip. Continue until all fish is added.
Fold the berries in.
Eat and enjoy!
